Women to be Trained (URRJA Programme)
Livelihood training targeting 500 women across 25 Self-Help Groups in Bhowra, Sudamdih, and Chasnalla — beauty care, tailoring, food processing, and entrepreneurship skills that generate direct household income.
Skill Courses at Dhartiputra Skill Academy
From Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) to beauty therapy, electrical work, and spoken English — all courses aligned with NSDC/NSQF framework and designed for immediate employability in the local market and beyond.
